Standards are the yardstick for industry progress. In the emerging field of functional composite fabrics, BlackFire has once again taken a solid step forward, demonstrating its technological strength and industry responsibility.
Recently, the China National Textile and Apparel Council's group standard, "Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Film Melt-Infiltrated Composite Fabrics" (Standard No.: T/CNTAC 276-2025), was officially released and will be implemented from July 1, 2026. BlackFire, as the third drafting unit of this group standard, participated deeply in the technical discussions, text drafting, and optimization of the standard.
01
A Standard Filling an Industry Gap
"Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Film Melt-Infiltrated Composite Fabrics" specifies the terms and definitions, classification specifications and codes, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage, transportation, and marking of TPE film melt-infiltrated composite fabrics.
This standard was developed and optimized in collaboration with over ten industry, academic, and research institutions, including BlackFire, based on the leading enterprise standard. Public comments were solicited, and the standard underwent expert review before its official release.

BlackFire: Participating in Standard Development with Technological Accumulation
BlackFire's participation in the development of the standard "Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Film Melt-Infiltrating Composite Fabrics" represents another achievement in its continuous efforts in the field of standards development. To date, BlackFire has participated in the release of four group standards, has three group standards under development, and has released one enterprise standard, covering multiple key areas such as ultra-high temperature non-combustible fabrics, fire-resistant blankets for new energy vehicles, and flame-retardant curtains.
From non-flammable materials to functional composite fabrics, BlackFire consistently provides the industry with referable and executable technical specifications through solid technological research and development and industrialization practices.
As the third drafting unit, BlackFire incorporated its own material research and development experience and industrialization accumulation into the standard text, contributing its professional expertise to the technical indicator system for TPE film melt-infiltrating composite fabrics. This not only recognizes the company's technological strength but also reflects BlackFire's strategic layout for continuous expansion in the field of functional textile materials.

Leading with Standards, Safeguarding Safety and Quality
Standards solidify technological achievements and, more importantly, condense industry consensus. BlackFire will continue to work with industry partners to promote the formulation and implementation of more high-quality standards, ensuring that the inherently non-flammable safety concept and the quality standards for functional materials have clear guidelines and standards to follow.
From ultra-high temperature non-flammable fabrics to TPE film melt-infiltrating composite fabrics, BlackFire is writing a new chapter of "Let Materials Protect Life" in the broader field of textile materials through continuous technological innovation and participation in standards.
