Flame Retardant Carbonlene Yarn 10/2 is a high-performance flame-retardant carbonlene double-ply yarn that combines advanced spinning technology with functional fiber characteristics and is specially developed for medium and high strength flame-retardant textiles. Strong upgrade: The double-ply 41.3 twist structure increases the breaking strength to 11.5cN/tex (measured average value), which can withstand high-frequency friction and mechanical stress.
Uniform stability: The actual number is 60.44±0.3, the weight variation coefficient is only 3%, and the uniformity of 14.27 ensures that the breakage rate in the weaving process is lower than the industry average.
Yarn details
Surface treatment: Hairiness index 273.83 (1mm segment), although there are slightly more short fibers, they are concentrated in the 1-3mm range (accounting for 85.06%). After singeing or resin finishing, the weaving performance can be optimized.
Environmental adaptability: Under the test environment of 20℃/65%RH, the CV value of the 1-9mm segment hairiness fluctuates significantly (2.52%~141.42%). It is recommended to control the storage humidity at 55%-65% to maintain stable performance.
Application direction
Recommended for weaving 550-650g/m² medium-thick flame-retardant fabrics, such as fire boot linings, welding protective clothing linings, etc. After twisting, composite structural fabrics with both tear resistance and breathability can be developed.
