Based on the mature scientific research achievements of the previous period and the technology of research and development of new materials, this project is led by Professor Wang Yuanhao, a "national thousand people", and Professor Fang Bin, a national textile labor model. After several years, it has developed an ultra-high temperature non-combustible textile fabric with a temperature resistance of up to 1800°C, which is "China's first, the world's leading, and subverts the industry". Breaking the monopoly of Japan, the United States, and other advanced material countries on high-temperature flame-retardant fabrics, it not only far exceeds the international top level in terms of heat resistance, but also achieves a significant reduction in mass production costs.

The company signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with Hoffman Institute of Advanced Materials and Zhejiang Modern Textile Innovation Technology Center to jointly develop and expand the deep application of this technology. At present, the company has a number of independent invention patents, and won the Geneva International Invention Gold Award in 2018 and the Korean Science and Technology Invention Gold Award in 2024, solving the bottleneck problem of international advanced technology and realizing domestic substitution in the field of non-combustible textile fabrics.

The non-combustible fabrics produced by the company can be widely used in many fields such as national defense, military industry, fire fighting, construction, industry, shipbuilding, chemical industry, etc., and have achieved initial industrialization in the Modern Textile Innovation Center of Zhejiang Province. A pilot production line has been built. It is planned to put it into production in Wenling in the later stage. It is initially expected that the annual output will be 1000 within 2 years. The initial target of tons and the annual output value of 100 million. At present, the company has completed 2.5 million yuan of angel round financing and 5 million yuan of team self-financing. The company participated in the drafting and formulation of the group standards and national standards of the materials in 2024. The group standards will have been adopted and announced by the end of 2024.
